Canterbury acquires and transforms foreclosed and REO houses into owner-occupied homes. Canterbury fully reconditions the houses from installing all new appliances and granite countertops to new flooring, landscaping or any other needed repairs. The Canterbury model moves foreclosed homes from acquisition to renovation to resale all within 30 to 90 days, putting houses and their surrounding neighborhood on the fast track to restoration. By doing so, Canterbury promotes communities and home ownership while removing vacant and neglected houses that have become magnets for crime and blight.
